What impressed you about the service you received?
We went back to Anna after her selling our previous house because of the service we received then and once again she didn’t disappoint. Anna’s down to earth, friendly manner was such a pleasure to deal with as was Malcolm’s in her absence. She kept in constant communication with us throughout the whole process so we knew exactly what was going on. It was like dealing with friends not a company.

Great local knowledge, lots of contacts for people who could assist with preparing the property for sale. This was invaluable for out of town sellers like us.

Malcolm was amazing to us. We required a lot of attention and were inexperienced with the buying process. He made it really easy for us. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we properly understood the process. I would want to work with him again.

Malcolm treated us really well. He took us through the process fully and made sure we understood each stage which was important for us as first home buyers. He also took the time to make himself available for viewings and arranging reports etc. Great service!
